After a wonderful fortnight of art activities, we were very excited today to attend a special assembly and see the final masterpieces produced by each class. Thank you to all the parents who helped to lead these activities and to frame the final pieces. We are so lucky to have such fabulous support.

Some of our talented families

The theme of Art Week (fortnight) this year was Creative and Cultured. Every class in Key Stage 1 and 2 visited the Wallace Collection for an inspiring creative writing workshop. Every class then participated in an art workshop at school led by Mrs Toyas and a team of some of our fabulous parents. We tried to link the art work to our Creative Curriculum whilst celebrating the amazing galleries and museums we have access to. Why don’t you try and visit some during half term?

These beautiful works of art will be on sale at the SVPA School Auction on Friday 16th June 2017. Please come along and support us! As well as these amazing paintings there are many other fantastic lots, some of which you can buy in advance. Please follow the link below to find out more.
