The Howard de Walden Estate will shortly be commencing  a project to develop their property on Marylebone High Street and this will impact on St. Vincent Street. Miss Coleman and the school governors have been liaising with representatives from The Howard de Walden Estate  and Neilcott Construction to try to minimise the disruption caused to the school. Please see the letter below which provides more detail about the project.

Unfortunately the works could not start during the school summer holidays. However this period is being used to ensure the area is made safe and by the time we return to school in September, the site  will be enclosed by hoarding, as shown in the diagram below, and St. Vincent Street completely closed to traffic.

The main works will then commence on 17th September for a duration of approximately 61 weeks. We will endeavour to keep you fully informed and to share regular updates about this project.
