Jack and the Beanstalk!

We have launched our new topic of ‘Traditional Tales’ by exploring the story, ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’. We have been doing lots of activities related to this book!

We have read the story, made a story map, painted pictures of the characters and started to retell it using our own words. We also found the golden egg and  started ‘hotseating’ which was fun and allowed the children to practise their questioning skills.

We have also had a lot of fun acting out the story using story masks.
