Nursery visited Paddington Street Gardens for their very first school trip. We were excited to give the children the opportunity to get outdoors and observe nature in a real-life setting.
We spent time walking around the gardens, exploring and noticing what we could find. The children especially enjoyed collecting sticks and discovering worms! Using our park checklists, we were able to spot and identify lots of different things in our environment.
As it is a familiar space for many of the children, everyone felt confident and comfortable on their first trip out together. We finished our adventure by enjoying milk, biscuits and fruit as a group.
