Over the last few weeks, Year 3 have been having weekly singing workshops, preparing them for a performance of Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo.
We have been learning how to tell the story of Noah’s Ark through music and last Friday, we joined with three other schools to perform the story for an audience at Temple Church in the City of London.
It has been fantastic to work with professional singers and musicians for this project and the experience of forming a choir of 100 voices alongside professional singers to perform in such a wonderful setting with live long in the memory. Year 3 performed beautifully, not only on the day of the performance, but in the build up of workshops held at school. Well done everyone!
