Year 4 Cricket Session at Regent’s Park
Today, Year 4 enjoyed a fantastic cricket session at Regent’s Park. The children had the opportunity to develop their catching, throwing and bowling skills, before putting their new skills into practice during a cricket match.
Throughout the session, the children took on different roles, including batters, bowlers and fielders, helping them to develop a greater understanding of the different positions and responsibilities within the game. It was wonderful to see the children working together, demonstrating teamwork and showing great enthusiasm throughout the session.
A special thank you to our wonderful cricket coach and to the parents who kindly volunteered their time to support us. The children represented the school exceptionally well and should be very proud of their behaviour and participation.
Who knows, perhaps we have a future England cricket player in Year 4!
