This week’s gospel was a short one and the word that stood out for me is ‘Jesus’ because there is little to distract from him in this gospel and he stands in the centre. Jesus, or moreover his teachings, is the life this gospel is talking about.
This weeks gospel is LIFE
You live a life so you can do good things and make some mistakes in your life but that is why you always learn from your mistakes and try again and you might get it the next time.
This week‘s Wednesday word is LIFE. We are like sheep, sometimes going the wrong way and making the wrong choices. But Jesus always loves us and shows us they way back to God.
This week’s Wednesday Word is Life. Life is a beautiful gift we received from God. My family makes my life happy because we always have each other and we can rely on each other. Life is a beautiful journey and it’s important to have your dearest people with you.
This week’s word is LIFE. Jesus says he is like a shepherd for us: he likes and loves us all just as we are. But he also is there for us when we make mistakes, to help us go back to the right way, the way of love.
This Gospel means that Jesus is like a kind shepherd who knows us, loves us, and always keeps us safe. Even when we feel worried or scared, He is always with us, and no one can take us away from His love.
This week’s Wednesday word is life. In the gospel, Jesus is the Good Shepherd who looks after his sheep. He is always forgiving and never gives up on his sheep. We can be good sheep by being kind, telling the truth, helping others out, being generous and sharing with others.
Life is about just living your life trying your best to live like Jesus and use it for faith and prayer we should go to church every Sunday to learn about the prophets that are written in the Old Testament. Everybody should understand the word of the Lord and pray for everybody especially at this time of Pentecost.
This week’s word is LOVE. Jesus says the most important thing is love. If we love each other, people will recognize us as his disciples. Because we will behave exactly like him and follow his footsteps.
This week’s Wednesday word is love. Jesus gave a commandment that we should love one another like he loves us. We can show love to each other by being kind, generous, caring and helpful. By doing this, we are following the teachings of Jesus which helps us become better people.
This week’s Wednesday word is Love. Before Jesus arrested he said that we should love another like we love ourselves. We can do this by helping others and respecting others and treating them like we would like to be treated.
This week’s Wednesday word is LOVE!
Before he was arrested Jesus said ‘Love another as I have loved you.` Jesus wants us to be kind to others, support them and help them. We can do this by spreading Jesus’ love and kindness to the world:being kind to enemies, strangers and more. What Jesus is saying is that how bad or how much you love someone you should always treat them with love and equality just like you would like to be treated or how Jesus treats you. Doing this means that we are follow Jesus’ teachings which helps us grow kinder and be more like him.
This week’s Wednesday word is Love. Jesus told the disciples to love one another, just as he had loved them.
Jesus spent time with people, especially those who were sick, lonely, frightened or poor. He listened to them and ate with them. He healed them and he helped them to change their lives for the better.
Jesus wants us to do the same. We can try to do this by treating others with respect despite our differences. Without Love the world will not be a nice place to live in.
True peace comes from God, and it provides calmness. I feel peace when I am at church.
This Wednesday word is Peace. Jesus gave us peace. Jesus love us and wants us to love him. To accomplish this he gave us peace and he wants us to be in peace with everyone.
This week’s Wednesday word is Peace. Peace is like another word for calm: a state of quietness and meditation. We can show peace by no wars, not arguing as much and no hatred. Jesus showed peace by sacrificing himself on the cross.
This week’s Wednesday Word is Peace. Peace means to me that I am able to live without worry, feeling safe and happy, and having good relationships with others. Peace also means no violence or war. It’s important to be kind to other people and live peaceful life.
This week’s word is PEACE. Jesus says he gives to us all peace. The peace of Jesus is the peace in our hearts. It means to be calm and happy, and to be kind and helpfull with friends and family and evryone around us.
This week’s Wednesday word is peace. In the gospel, Jesus told his disciples those who love him will listen and keep to his words. Jesus gives his disciples the gift of peace. We can share the gift of peace by being peacemakers. We can do this by standing up for one another, sharing with each other, helping each other, and being kind.
Peace is important because Pope Francis wanted peace between all of us and peace is a thing that can bring us all together. Pope Francis really wanted us to be Pilgrims of Hope in peace.
This week’s word is Pentecost. Pentecost is when the Holy Spirit descended on Jesus’ disciples. They were filled with the ability to preach Gods word throughout the whole world. On the day of Pentecost, the disciples saw tongues of fire that had appeared above their heads, a gush of wind went through the room as they felt the presence of Jesus and God near them. Suddenly, they all started speaking different languages. People who heard them came towards them, amazed about hearing someone speak in their language. Ever since then, the disciples started preaching everywhere they could. We now remember them on the day of Pentecost and celebrate how Jesus sent the Holy Spirit down to us as a gift.
This weeks gospel is PENTECOST
PENTECOST is when the HOLY SPIRIT came down from heaven and the DISCIPLES saw tongues of fire above them and they could speak every language you could think of and they spread the message to everyone in their own language.
The quality I think is really important in our world today is self-control because if you cannot control yourself, it will badly affect people around you and yourself. You might do or say bad things and it will affect others and your future. The Holy Spirit can help us develop this quality just as he helped the disciples to preach God‘s Word.
