All parents of children in Years Reception -Year 6 will be sent a Nasal Flu Information Pack, which includes the letter and the consent form below. Parents are requested to read the information, sign the consent form and return back to the school office.
The vaccine is not an injection, it is a nasal spray and is given as a spray into each nostril.
The vaccine contains GELATINE THAT COMES FROM PORK as one of its additives.

On the day of the session we will ONLY administer the vaccine to the children who have completed and returned a consent form. They will attend the session accompanied by a member of staff who can identify them.
