Let’s Make is a unique one-day making festival taking place on Saturday 7th July. Part of the FAB FEST International Fabrication Competition, it features making and drawing workshops for all the family as well as an exhibition of extraordinary pavilions and installations, and new art works made by students from Marylebone schools. The workshops are taught by expert makers and artists, and aimed at sharing the magic of making and drawing with children and grown-up children of all ages. Festival goers can also enjoy live music, food, drinks and drone racing!
FAB FEST takes place in the critically acclaimed exhibition venue Ambika P3 in Central London, amongst the amazing pavilions and projects built by students of Architecture from the University of Westminster and from schools across the UK and around the world, including India, China, USA, Spain, Italy, Turkey and many others. Let’s Make will feature musical performances from the Trans-Siberian March Band, Karina Rammage, and Ian Smith and the FAB FEST House Jazz Band. The festival is hosted by the Fabrication Lab from the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at the Universityof Westminster.
