A trip to The Petrie Museum

Today year 3 went to the Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology  at UCL. The museum houses an estimated 80,000 objects, making it one of the greatest  collections of Egyptian archaeology in the world! We had a fantastic morning examining the objects and had the chance to ask the experts lots of questions!

The trip ended with a classroom picnic! After seeing so many fascinating artefacts we are excited to continue learning more about Ancient Egypt!
