Today we marked the start of Lent with a special Ash Wednesday Service at St. James’s Church. Every child received the ashes on their forehead and each class placed their Lenten promises on the altar to be blessed by Father Christopher. The promises are now being displayed on the Lent displays in the classrooms and we will remember them each time we pray.
