Today I came to school wearing my own clothes because I was the Deputy Headteacher. First I had to welcome everyone into the school and give them some hand sanitiser. Next I spoke in assembly. I was excited to tell everyone my rule which was 5 minutes of extra play at lunchtime. I also showed everyone’s artwork for the auction. First I started with Nursery’s and ended up to Year 6’s. I even showed the special whole school one. They were all so
Next, I visited the classrooms and saw how the children were learning. I even got to lead a warm up game of ‘Miss Malysh Says’ in Year 1’s PE lesson!
Then I helped Nursery and Reception at lunchtime. I gave out the fruit and yoghurt for pudding and helped clear away the milk. Then I had MY lunch with my class. After lunch I gave feedback to the teachers. I was very nervous. Next I wrote half of this post. After that, I had a £50 budget to spend which Miss Gomez helped me with. I spent it on glue sticks and I was so proud of myself. Then I had to finish my news post. I then gave out any sun stickers to the children.
It was so much fun! I hope I win it again!
