This afternoon Class Three turned the classroom into an Egyptian Museum full of wonderful treasures they had created over the topic.

Inside the Museum were clay cartouches sculpted with Hieroglyphics, information leaflets full of interesting facts about pyramids, Egyptian boats and Howard Carter diary entries! There were plenty of tour guides on hand to show people around.

The children gave some special performances using their Egyptian play scripts. They performed scenes they had written all about Howard Carter’s adventure in the Valley of the Kings.

Thank you to all of the parents for attending and showing their support. We have had a great time learning about Ancient Egypt!
