What a week it has been as across the whole school, everyone has been taking part in Enterprise Week 2025!

Each class has worked as a team to come up with a product to sell. After making their decisions, they then created a class company around their selected product by coming up with a company name, logo, and slogan. Afterwards, it was time to work on persuasive writing so that classes could aim to sell their products to everyone in the school. This year, Nursery and Reception filmed fantastic adverts whilst KS1 and KS2 all produced outstanding posters to promote their products. You will find the posters for each classes product underneath:

These posters were very important because on Wednesday, everyone came together for a whole school assembly to present the class products and have that last chance to persuade everyone to buy it. After assembly, each class then had the opportunity to purchase products from other year groups by completing order forms and paying for their purchases.

Classes then worked out the total number of orders received and set to work creating the items in time for delivery on Friday. We were very lucky to have many of our parents come into the school and assist with making the products, and we really appreciated their help. It was also an amazing opportunity for parents to see first-hand the amount of effort pupils put into setting up their class businesses.

In addition, each class had several parents visit and share to the children all about their own jobs. This was a great opportunity for the children to gain a better understanding of the world of work. The children enjoyed every second of it and learned so much. Thanks to all the parents who came and dedicated so much time and effort to their sessions.

It has been such a fantastic week around school seeing all the classes working so hard and being so creative in creating and promoting their product. It was a fantastic learning experience for everyone involved, and we can’t wait to see how the skills developed this week will inspire our children in the future.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
