We were thankful for our tasty hot dogs for lunch to refuel before our busy afternoon.

We then went into the woods and learnt how to use a compass. This would prove to be very useful as we had to find our way in small groups around the wood. It was lots of fun, some of us got a bit lost at first, but we all managed to complete the course by the end.

After this, we had our maze and blindfold trail. This involved us working with our partners and guiding them around the trail. Some of us were better at giving instructions than others though! We then completed the maze challenge and collected all the map symbols before following the instructions to add them to the map.

We’ve had another rainy afternoon but everyone is doing very well and we’ve all borrowed wellies from Sayers Croft so we can walk around and not get soggy feet.

It’s been a busy day but we still have so much to do! We’ve got a trip to the tuck shop, dinner and a campfire before we can go to bed! Thankfully the sun is now shining so we can enjoy our evening!
