Class three learnt some extremely useful first aid skills during their workshop yesterday. The children had the opportunity to learn what to do when someone is injured and gain the confidence to save lives!

During the workshop the children learnt that when people are injured or suddenly unwell, what they need is someone to help them – someone who knows what to do. They discovered that first aid is all about helping people in situations like this.

The children learnt about how to keep themselves safe, how to give first aid for different needs, when you need to get help and what to do in an emergency.

It was a really valuable session! Thank you to Miss Siswick for arranging the sessions.
