Today the whole school is celebrating the Queens 90th Birthday. We dressed up in red, white and blue. We made red, white and blue crowns and sang Happy Birthday to the Queen. It took us a long time to clap 90 times!
In the afternoon the whole school had a party for the Queen’s Birthday on the roof. It was very hot so when we went to the hall we all had an ice lolly while we were watching a special live broadcast for schools to celebrate the big day.

Miss Siswick’s grandma knitted this jumper for her to wear for the Queen’s Silver Jubilee in 1977. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit her any more!
