Class 3 had the pleasure of attending a cooking class at Caffe Caldesi!  We had a lovely day and enjoyed every moment of it!

We began by making pasta from scratch using eggs and flour.  Then we rolled the pasta our into a circle and fed it through a pasta roller several times to reach our desired thickness for our pasta.  Once the pasta was cut we made basil pesto and enjoyed the delicious meal!

We had a fantastic day!
