This afternoon Year 6 and Year 5 travelled to London Central Gurdwara in Shepherds Bush to learn more about Sikhism.
We had a wonderful afternoon; firstly we shared a meal in the Langar which is the community kitchen in the Gurdwara. It was a delicious meal and all of us asked for seconds!
We were then taken up to the main prayer room and taught about the Guru Granth Sahib and the Five K’s. Thank you to the community at London Central Gurdwara for such a warm welcome.
