Today our School Council visited the School Council of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Primary School, Victoria, next to Westminster Cathedral.  We heard how proud they are of their school, especially since their recent positive Ofsted visit and we enjoyed a tour of the school.

The building is lower than ours but wider and the classrooms are an unusual shape, with nice spaces for group learning. It was interesting to see that lots of the classes were studying the same topics. We also saw the beautiful chapel which was decorated with lovely art work. We would like some stained glass windows in our school! After the tour we all had school dinner together-they have the same school dinners as us but their kitchen is much bigger! We were very impressed with their large playground filled with trees and we enjoyed playing on the climbing equipment.

Thank you for welcoming us to your school. We have really enjoyed sharing ideas between our school councils and are looking forward to seeing you again!
