Class 5 showed everyone this morning how they are resilience personified. While rehearsing this morning we encountered several technical glitches. Then with five minutes to go, we suffered the biggest blow, we were unable to show our films. However, as the true professionals that they are, Class 5 persevered through. They all collected their Oscars for their nominated category, where they enticed the audience with a synopsis of their stories and reflected on their favourite parts of their Magical Movies topic. There was even a special appearance from the Lumiere brothers, who were the pioneers of movies and the first cinema.
We would like to invite class 5 parents to our Creativity Morning on Friday 12th May from 9:15am-10:15am, where we will showcase our films. If this morning’s assembly didn’t intrigue you, there will also be popcorn and chocolate cake on offer. We look forward to welcoming you all then.
