Our world is now under threat like never before. Globally we’re all using the planet’s resources faster than nature can restore itself. So we must all act now to reverse the damage and restore nature.

The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) asked thousands of schools across the UK to go wild and take action #ForYourWorld and for St Vincent’s Catholic Primary School to Wear it Wild on Friday 7th June. Our Green Team responded to this and organised our Wear It Wild Day today at school.

It was a fun day with a serious message. The teachers and pupils wore an item of animal-inspired clothing and helping to raise awareness – and vital funds – to protect our natural world. So far we have raised £240. Well done everyone!

Together we can take action for our planet and create a future where both people and nature thrive.
