Today, after lunch, we were surprised to find that a huge pile of rubbish had been dumped on our desks from Class 2’s rubbish bin! Using only the evidence in front of us, we had to draw conclusions and write a brief account of what we thought had happened in Class 2 in the morning! This activity helped us to realise that in prehistory, we can only rely upon artefacts as evidence to tell us what life was like, we are only ever going to have a partial account depending on what evidence has survived.
We are looking forward to properly starting our topic and learning more about Ancient Britain!
