Year 2 celebrated the end of their topic by inviting all their parents to a comic con! We had lots of different stations showing all our wonderful work from the term:
- our own superhero logos which we had sewn and designed ourselves
- our own comic books, using the book creator app to insert our drawings and tell our story
- diary entries as Florence Nightingale, a real life superhero
- riddles, in the form of kenning poems, of different superheroes
- a fruit salad, to help keep superheroes healthy
We also had a table for children and adults to write thank you letters to our own real life superheroes.
It’s been a busy term, but it was wonderful to share our work with so many of you. Thank you for coming.
