Physical Education Task

Today it’s time to use our energy to learn a new dance! Follow the steps in the video below. The dance routine is to the song ‘Can’t stop the feeling’ by Justin Timberlake.

  1. I did great, I got to get all my bad feelings out of my system and use dance to help. I loved it because I just kept getting stronger at it while I was doing it. I felt different feelings on the way like harmony,anger,freedom and happiness it felt so lovely and when I closed my eyes I just saw colours gracefully dancing with me.
    It was relaxing and it was easy so I could just use a little bit of my technique to add into the dance moves. After when I added my own dance moves it was better because it was freestyle and I could be comfortable in my own way. The dance moves came out naturally I added a spin with a jump which I was practicing every day and a cart wheel and finally a handstand whilst turning, I chose those because they were hard. Then the easy moves they were standing in the dog position but holding one foot up which puts pressure on the other foot a bridge and a walking bridge.
    I had so much fun doing this task because I got to be in my own place in my mind with dancing.

  3. I loved the dance, because it was really fun. I liked the bit at the end, when you could do your own part. I chose to do a handstand and funky moves, including hip hop and a bit of gymnastics too.
    I love music and dancing very much, so I was delighted to see this dance task on the blog today.

    When I was doing the dance it made me feel great to move my body. It made me calm down . I loved the music I kept getting better and better as I got on . I have always loved dancing it makes me very special because I’m very good at it. When you could do your own dancing I did a fast spin with a jump at the end. I also did a cart wheel and a handstand to make my own moves even better. At home I have always loved to do every type of dancing like ballet and hip hop on lots of types of songs and music. In the dance my favourite move was aeroplane and the one where we said “Oh yeah “ and we swung our arms.

  7. I didn’t like it that much. But I did like the airplane move.

    Next time please make it basic like my brothers star jumps hopping on one leg and trying to touch your toes without bending your knees.

    The choreographer dance was amazing and fun that i’ll try it again and my favourite dance moves is the airplane dance too.The dance seems easy.

    I did great but it’s not very easy I found it challenging. I liked the airplane moves !

    This was just so good! I literally got energised and felt sweaty !
    I had a really good feeling inside and it made me stand up! I love to just Dance! Dance! Dance woo-hoo! I just feel great and I dunno what to say… THANK YOU SO MUCH MISS JONES!!! Is that it? I think so!

    SECRET:
    I felt a bit nervous to be the head of the challenge so I didn’t do it!!!

    I LOVE music it’s just so full of JAZZ!

  14. I loved the dance routine and the song! It made me so joyful and it felt like I was dancing on a stage. At the end I did a cartwheel and finished with the bridge. After dancing I felt so energetic that I was running around the house so much.

  16. It made me feel happy and all my craziness was out at the same time. It was one of the best dance I could ever do! At the end I add cartwheel and a floss. My all family was dancing with me and t was the best woogie-boogie ever!!!
    Secret: I was a bit nervous to show my family how good I can dance??????

    Monday,
    Tuesday,
    Wednesday,
    Thursday,
    And
    Friday.
    I’m also gonna do the yoga ?‍♀️ in the holidays and it’s so relaxing ?!
    *sigh*
