This week in PE we focused on strengthening both our fitness and our teamwork skills. We began each session with a heart-pumping warm-up designed to get us moving, raise our energy levels, and prepare our bodies for more active games.

One of our main activities was Cross the River, a challenge that required concentration, communication, and collaboration. We had to work together to move safely from one “riverbank” to the other, making sure everyone was listening and only stepping forward once we were all securely inside the hoops. If we moved too early, the team couldn’t progress-so clear communication and patience were key!

After that, we split into different groups to explore a variety of ball games. Each group practised different skills such as passing, aiming, coordination, and strategic thinking, all while learning how to support and encourage one another.

Overall, it was a fun and active PE lesson where we strengthened not just our physical fitness, but also our ability to work as a team.
