  1. For A be paid £2, for B he paid £ 4, C he paid £6, for D he paid £1 and for E he paid £8. £2+£4+£6+£1+£8 = £21.

  2. Hello Mrs Avdiu and Mrs Robertson! I was doing this and I did find it quite hard but in the end I think I got the answer. I think that A=2,B=4,C=6,D=1 and E=8 because when you add them all up it does make 21. I hope you are all having a wonderful morning and have a great day!

  3. I think the answer is £2 for A, £4 for B, £6 for C, £1 D and £8 for E. I started with the middle two letters and worked outwards.

  4. Good morning Mrs Avdiu and Ms Robertson.
I got A=£2, B=£4, C=£6, D=£1, E=£8 as the answer as when you add them up it equals £21.

I hope you have a great day!

  5. Hello Mrs Avdiu and Mrs Robertson
I decided to do this question and I hope my answer is right. I think that A=£2,B=£4,C=£6,D=£1 and E=£8 because when all the answers are added up they equal 21. I worked this question out by doing trial and error for A because if A is correct then all of them will be correct as you use question A to answer question B and so on. I hope you are all having a good morning!
