Ask an adult to find up to 6 objects for each of the letter sounds s, a and t and to write the letters s, a and t on separate pieces of paper.

Today’s task: Can you sort the objects by their beginning sound? Don’t worry if you don’t recognise the written letters yet-the focus is on hearing and saying the beginning sounds in the words.
