One day when they were older their mum and dad let them be together. They were very excited. Tim whispered to Lucy ” shall we go and look at the top of the sea together?” And Lucy said yes. So they went to the top of the sea and then they saw a little girl. She said ” hello my name is Matilda ,do you want me to show you a picture of me and my dad making bread out of wheat ? ” They said “yes ” . She showed them a picture of her and her dad making bread out of wheat and then they said ” goodbye “and from that day on they lived happily ever after.

  23. Hello, Miss Lee!
I wrote with yesterday’s daily sound as I didn’t do it yesterday.
    Daily sound: wh
Words with the daily sound: whale, whisper, wheat, white, what, whatever, when, whops, which, Whitney.
    Story with the daily sound:
    ” Whitney’s wheat allergy”
Whitney was invited to a birthday party. Whitney gave a white toy that was shaped like a whale. When she got home she realised her skin was red and itchy. She told her Mom about the rash and said: “Why do I have a very itchy skin, Mom?” said Whitney. Her Mom said: “Whitney, did you eat cake at the birthday party?” “Yes I did” said Whitney. “That cake had wheat and you are not allowed to have wheat. But don’t worry. I’ll give you a surprise in the tomorrow.”
So she slept. When she woke up she got her surprise that was a gluten free cookie that was shaped like a whale. She had a very nice day. THE END.

  24. Miss Lee says:

  25. Isabella says:

    Good Morning Miss Lee,

    A Beautiful sight.

One day Lucy and Bella looked out the window and they saw a flock of birds flying in the sky. Bella wondered ” were are they going? ” Lucy said ” I don’t know ” Bella said ” shall we draw the place that we think the birds will go to?” so they drew where they thought the birds were going and then they went to the pet shop and they brought back a dog. They called it Patch and it chewed on Lucy’s shoe. Later in the afternoon they checked if their plant grew. In the evening they went star gazing and then they went to sleep.

    Daily sound: ph
Words with the daily sound: Phonics, elephant, photo, sphere, gopher, earphones, phone, alphabet, Sophia, Joseph, phew, physical.

After school their Mom and Dad picked them up at school and took them to the zoo. At the zoo they saw a big grey elephant. Next they saw a gopher chewing on some green leaves on the ground. Then they went to get some ice cream. They chose a rainbow ice cream shaped like a sphere. Suddenly their Dad realised he lost his earphones and his phone! So they decided to walk back to the places they have been before. “Phew”! The earphones and the phones were just where the elephant’s cage was. THE END.

    Daily sound: ew
Words with the daily sound: flew, drew, knew, new, chew, grew, phew, view, news, few, Mews, Andrew, Mathew, nephew.
    Story with the daily sound:
    “Mathew’s sleepover”
Andrew woke up and his dad told him: “Andrew, I got some great news for you. My nephew Mathew is coming to play with you the whole day”. Andrew felt surprised and excited because his cousin was his best friend and they had the same age. When Mathew got to Andrew’s house they gave a big hug because they missed each other. So they went outside and they did a lot of activities:
    – First they drew the view of their very nice Mews street.
    – Next they grew some plants because it was a very sunny day.
    – Then they flew a kite.
    – After that they chewed a few gummy bears.
    – Finally they rode their new bikes and at the end they said: “Phew! I’m tired now.”

Before they went back home they jumped rope, played hide and seek, played tag and they even danced on their tiptoes! They had a very busy and fun day. THE END.

Wow it sounds like Joe and Zoe had a very energetic day! I bet they were tired when they got home!
