Can you make up a dance routine to some music and write about your favourite moves in the comment section?

  5. 1. Slide to the left then to the right.
    2. Cross your arms then repeat twice.
    3. Then do hype.
    4. Leap over to the right then to the left.
    5. Do two big steps forward next to big steps backwards.
    6. Do three fist pumps and then let your hands drop to the side while moving to your right and to your left.
    7. Then do best mates.
    8. Next hype.
    9. Lastly do a big dab and hold for five seconds.
    My dance is to the music called Dance Monkey.
    My favourite move in my dance is the hype.

    Yes I really enjoyed your dance routine too (although I did have to ask my daughter what the Hype move was?) What an excellent work-out! I really like listening to Dance Monkey as well. ?

  11. Hello, here is my dance routine and it is to the Macarena.
    1. Step forwards.
    2. Step backwards.
    3. Side to the left.
    4. Side to the right.
    5. Put your left arm in front.
    6. Put your right arm in front so that both arms are in front of you.
    7. Put one arm down at a time and then spin around.
    8. Dab to the left then put both arms in front of you.
    9. Dab to the right then put both arms in front of you.
    10. Repeat steps 5, 6 and 7 but with your legs lifting one up at at a time so that you are marching on the spot.
    11. Freeze
    12. Repeat steps 1-11 until the song ends.

    For my dance routine I have used these moves:
    1* Take a step forward while you bring your right hand up
    2* Take a step backward while you bring your left hand up
    3* Turn around
    4*Touch the floor
    5* Bring your body up slowly
    6* Put both your hands in the air ?
    7* Put your right hand to your left hip
    8* Put your left hand to your right hip
    9* Jump up and down
    10* Repeat it all again
    There you go that is my Dance routine

  15. Hello everyone! I have finally thought of a dance! Try it out at home and see if you like it ?
    This is my dance routine:

    – Slide to the left (have your hands open wide – left hand on top and right hand beside your right leg)

    – Jump back to the first position

    – Step forward with your right leg first, followed by the left leg

    – Jump to the right

    – Take a step back, mimic a wave forward with both hands (as if you are trying to push something away)

    – Open your hands wide (right hand on top, and the left hand beside your left leg)

    – Take your hands down

    – Step forward with left leg

    -Position your left leg on your toes

    – Kick your right leg on the side, after that slowly lower it down behind your left leg

    – Repeat two times

    I hope that you enjoyed my dance?

    My music is to Break My Heart by Dua Lipa ? The song is really good!

    Dear Miss Avdiu & Miss Robertson ,
    I try to do exercises a few time a week .I do dancing and sport with my mum 🙂 with music.
    Here, are few exercises I do :
    -jumping jacks – burpees
    – mountain climber – sky hopes
    – punching -running man – legs drops
    – plank -scissor kicks
    🙂
