I absolutely love reading and I know that lots of you  do too.

As well as being enjoyable, reading helps to improve your vocabulary, your spelling and your grammar.

Reading also helps you to learn more about the world and also about the beliefs, experiences, feelings, hopes and dreams of others.

  3. I have read some of these books my favourite being diary of the wimpy kid. The book I would like to read is artic missions by Tom Palmer

  4. I have read a few, but not many!
I will definitely catch up with Julia G (I’ll try!)
Carrie’s War (which I’m reading) and demon dentist.
I love reading and I hope others like it to!

  5. i have read very few of these books, if you like fantasy books then I recommend “Howl’s Moving Castle”,If you like mystery, then you should read”A Series of Unfortunate events” , if you like classics, you should read “Holes” , and if you like mainly picture books, you should read “diary of a wimpy kid” and “Hugo Cabret”.
I suggest these books for you and I think you should read them!

  6. I also suggest Skulduggery pleasant. It’s a really good series.

  7. I have just read the book Wonder
it was really good book about bullying and going to a new school.
The main character, August, has a defect on his face and he is trying to fit in to the school but it is hard as he experiences bullying. I think it is a very good book and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new book to read.

  8. A few minutes ago I have just read a book called “The Boy Who Sailed The Ocean In An Armchair”. On the blurb, this book is about “new beginnings, and learning that goodbye isn’t always the end”. This may seem like a sad book and it is, but not entirely. The main reason why I chose to recommend this book was because it was the first book that made be laugh REALLY hard, which rarely happens when I read books. It has fantastic morals, and has very realistic ways of showing those lessons. This really depends on your sense of humour but overall I recommend this book if you want a good laugh. (I’d say I laughed for about like 5 minutes, on an off and I am not joking).
