Nursery have really enjoyed their special Art Week workshops with the October Gallery.
Yesterday, we had a virtual workshop on the computer with Esther, where everyone worked together to create movement in response to sounds that can be heard in the rainforest. We used pastels, crayons, charcoal and paint.
Today, Kirsty came to school and showed us paintings by Rafael Trelles, a Porto Rican artist, which included portraits. Then we all created our own fantastic portraits using pastels.
We are going to put all of our wonderful artwork together to make one giant piece of art!
