Earlier this year the Houses of parliament held a competition to Build your own Big Ben and we are delighted that one of our pupils, AS, was chosen as a runner up. Congratulations!
AS was delighted to receive a wonderful bundle of Big Ben goodies.
Today in assembly AS told the rest of the school about his creative video entry.
On 13th December 2022, for the School Council Big Ben project, I built Big Ben in Minecraft. I made it from terracotta and sandstone and a bit of gold iron. It has a nice look to it, as it has a door and has easy to go higher and go to the top. There you will find a bell, which you can ring. I even included a bell sound and from the top it has a black stone roof. I believe my Big Ben in Minecraft looks like the real one.
Well done A! I feel as if you had been inspired by school council to build big ben in Minecraft. It was a very good creation. A big well done to Mrs. Akhtar because Mrs. Akhtar led A to build Big Ben so well done to both of you!!!
