This week has been Enterprise Week!
In Reception we have been making photo frames as our Enterprise week project, all to be sold for £1.
We received a loan of £25 to spend on resources to make them. With the money we bought lots of different coloured glitter, glue and lollipop sticks!
As a class we all made one or more frames and had a great messy time doing so.
The children worked really hard to make enough for the children in other classes who bought them, and we made £22 profit! Well done Reception! With this money we can buy lovely resources for our class.
Seeing the children being so creative and engaged in the task was really great, and we have lots of glitter left over for future creative activities 🙂
The week has tied in greatly with our Maths focus of money! We have been learning all buying and exchanging money in return for books and toys. A news post will be posted soon with all the pictures of this, and our Reception bookshop.
