As part of our Relationships and Health Education topic we took part in  a First Aid workshop. This was a brilliant opportunity to learn very important skills that we might need to use in the future.
We met teddy who had had an accident and hurt himself. We learnt that blood needs to stay in our bodies but bleeding can be stopped by pressing down on the cut, cleaning the wound then putting a plaster on it.

We also learnt how to help someone who bumps their head and what number to ring if anyone needed an ambulance.

Thank you so much to the SVPA for funding these brilliant workshops.
