This week, our focus has been our health and fitness. We started the week with a workshop from Mind which taught us all about self-care, what this means and gave us tips to help us look after ourselves and our mental health. We know about the importance of good food, sleep and exercise when it comes to feeling happy and healthy.

Later in the week, we had one of our favourite days of the year… Sports Day! Lots of us love Sports Day, where we can compete in our teams to win points. Whilst we love to try our hardest, we have been working really hard on showing good sportsmanship in games such as this. As a class, we impressed the adults around us by cheering on all of our friends, not just those in our team. We had such a fantastic day and would like to thank Mr Aitken for helping to organise the events, along with coaches from QPR. Finally, we would like to thank our wonderful teaching assistants who also ran some of the events for us.
