The official theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘loneliness’ and, across the week, we encouraged all pupils to make meaningful connections with friends and family. All classes took part in activities to raise awareness of the links between poor mental health and loneliness.

Loneliness affects many of us at one time or another. We know that loneliness can be both the driver for and a product of poor mental health.
