Today, Class 6 enjoyed an exciting First Aid session with Martin from Mini First Aid.
We remembered a lot from our previous first aid sessions with Mini First Aid but there were a few things we had forgotten so it was very important to learn it all again! We learnt about the importance of CPR, how and when to perform CPR, how to use a defibrillator and how we could save someone’s life!
Thank you so much to the SVPA for funding this first aid workshop for us and the rest of the school-It was such an amazing opportunity to learn life saving skills which we can use to help others.
We know we are in safe hands with Class 6 around!

This first aid workshop was so good. We learnt about how to use a defibrillator on an unconscious person. We learnt how to do CPR and about how to treat allergies using EpiPen. It was really fun to see Martin again and learn much more.
