Today, to start our Other Faiths: Judaism week at School. Year 6 were thrilled to welcome Susannah Alexander from the London Liberal Jewish Synagogue to our class.
Year 6, once again, showed off their excellent prior knowledge and also their high level of interest when asking a great range of thoughtful questions about the beliefs and practices of Judaism.
Susannah answered all of our questions and also helped us to understand and think more about the range of diversity within the Jewish faith.

It was very interesting to learn about Judaism. I really enjoyed finding out the answers to all our questions. Thank you to Susannah for coming to speak to us.
It was really interesting to learn about Judaism last week. Susannah answered many of my questions, which gave me a great understanding of the faith. My favourite part was when Susannah showed us a part of an actual Torah scroll, because this gave us the opportunity to take a look at what Ancient Hebrew looked like compared to modern Hebrew. Thanks a lot Susannah for coming in to teach us about your faith.
