This week in English we have been learning about poetry. We read lots of different poems and found out that some rhyme and some do not. We learnt big words such as stanzas and we know how to count the stanzas and lines of a poem.
Today we acted out parts of the poem called ‘Help!’and next week we will begin to write our own.
Well done for your fantastic learning Year 1! We are very proud of you.
