For our final morning we were treated to chocolate croissants for breakfast before heading back to our dorms to pack up. This took us a little longer than we thought, but then we were ready for our owning activities.

First we collected our nets and buckets and then walked to the pond to start our pond dipping. We examined our findings and used our scientific classification skills to work out what we had caught. We did very well and found snails, fish, pond skaters, tadpoles and even frogs!

After that we worked in groups to build our own shelters in the woods. It was fun working together and choosing which branches would be best for the different parts of our shelter and how to make it safe from bears and rain.

As it’s fishy Friday, we had fish and chips for lunch!

We’re just walking to the coach now to start to journey back to Marylebone. Can’t wait to see you back at school!
