Today Nursery and Reception visited Willows Farm in St Albans. We had a wonderful day at the farm!
Once we arrived, we went to see the milking of a cow! It was so interesting to see how the cows are milked and what foods the milk can make! We even had a try at milking the pretend cow!
Afterwards we met Peter Rabbit and enjoyed some singing and dancing in the sunshine!
We then gave our little legs a rest and had a tractor tour of the farm where we got to see more of the animals including sheep and cows.
After a tasty lunch, we went to see more farm animals. We were very excited to see the guinea pigs and hold them! They were very cute! We also fed lots of other animals in the barn including cows, sheep and goats, they were very hungry!
We had so much fun!
