We’ve had an absolute blast this week in Year 4, taking part in St Vincent’s annual Enterprise Week!

With winter just around the corner, we came up with the idea of brightening up some gloomy gardens with our creative and unique hand-painted plant pots. Not only are they completely one of a kind, but they’re also a wonderful way to bring a little more greenery into our world! As stewards of God’s creation, we have a responsibility to care for the world he has given us, and we think our little business was a brilliant way to do just that!

We settled on the company name Grow Wild and came up with our fantastic slogan: “Don’t Stop Be-Leafing!”

Once our business was up and running, it was time to pitch our ideas to our competitors (aka the rest of the school!). Barney, Samy, Nika, Stella and Isabelle delivered such a fantastic pitch that we reckon even Alan Sugar himself would have been tempted to invest!

Before we knew it, the orders came rolling in and, like Santa’s little elves in the run-up to Christmas, we got straight to work!  We created so many marvellous masterpieces that parting with them was almost impossible. Thankfully, we managed to purchase our favourite creations from the bunch to keep for ourselves!

We’ve had such a wonderful few days working together as a team, sharing ideas and bringing our creative visions to life. We’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved and can safely say that Grow Wild has been a mighty success!

As for any future orders, please direct all enquiries to the Year 4 cohort, as Miss Mc Caffrey has decided to take early retirement from the plant pot business!
