Year 4 had a really fantastic World Book Day virtual and enjoyed so many fabulous activities to celebrate the special day! We are so grateful to Miss Jones for organising such a special day!

Our class were dressed up as the BLUE crayon! Blue crayon was soooo exhausted and needed a break from colouring in Duncan’s pictures all of the time! There were so many amazing blue costumes in our class. We also had appearances from Harry Potter, Hermione, Aslan, The Cat in the Hat and Where’s Wally!

For our first activity of the day we wrote some incredibly creative stories about other objects and stationary that decided to quit! We enjoyed learning some writing tips from an author before putting them into practice:

The class then created art work and our challenge was to colour a picture using as many different colours that we could use! They turned out brilliantly and just like Duncan’s teacher was proud of his drawing, Mr. Kersys is extremely proud of all of your pictures too!

Well done everyone for joining in and creating so many happy memories. We all hope you loved the activities had had a fantastic day. Happy last day of Remote Learning!
