In our Computing lessons, we’ve been programming Micro:bits!

We built on our previous coding lessons and explore the sensors that the Micro:bits have. First we made a night light. The sensor was programmed to detect the light and if it was dark, the Micro:bit would light up.

Next we programmed the accelerometer sensor (that detects movement) so that when you shook the Micro:bit, it was display either rock, paper or scissors. We then had lots of fun playing against our Micro:bits or playing them against our partners!

Well done Year 6!
