Good morning Year 1!
Today, you will be doing some writing. You will be sharing a few sentences with me today because today is a practise.
After sharing a few sentences that I will check, you will continue writing at home in your yellow book. Tomorrow you can send in your finished pieces of work (either by photo or typing it into the comments box).
First, I would like you to read the rest of the story. I hope you are enjoying it!

On my first day in the cottage, I met seven little men. They had funny names but my favourite was Dopey. They enthroned the dinner I made them and the cake.
On Thursday, I found a delicious red apple in the forest i took a bite and fell asleep for a long time.

Snow White’s Diary
I will tell you about my week. Every day, the Queen looked in her magic mirror.
On Monday, the mirror told her that she was the most beautiful.
On Tuesday, when the Queen looked in the mirror she was very angry because it told her that I was the most beautiful! She stamped her foot and told the huntsman to kill me in the woods.
But the huntsman did not kill me, but told me to run away and not ever come back to the castle! I was very scared in the dark forest.

I will tell you about my week. On Monday, the cruel queen talked to her magic mirror and the queen said who us the prettiest princess in the world. On Tuesday, the huntsman sent me in the forest so the queen thinks that I am dead.

On Monday the evil queen looked at her mirror usually, it says she is the most beautiful of the land. But on Tuesday the mirror says I was the most beautiful of the land.
I will tell you about my week. Once there was a PRINCESS CALLED SNOW WHITE: that was me. I lived in a beautiful PALACE. I lived there with my mum and my dad,but my mum was a mean queen and she was very jealous. She had a secret room in the palace. In the Queen’s secret room she had a magic mirror.✨ Every day she said to her mirror: ” Who is beautiful? ” and the mirror always said that she was beautiful.
But one day the mirror said: ” Snow White”. I was beautiful!! So the mean queen was very angry and upset. She gave me a poisonous apple. I did not now that it was poisonous and I ate it. Then the dwarfs came back home. And they saw me asleep on the floor. They were very very sad. ?
They put me in a bed made with glass. For months.
The Prince heard about me and came to save me. He was handsome and beautiful. He kissed me and I woke up. ?
We lived happily ever after and had many kids.

On Monday the huntsman said to me I needed to run inside the forest because the cruel queen wanted to kill me. She has a magic mirror that told her that I am the fairest of the Kingdom and she didn’t like it.
I found a little cottage in the forest. I went inside and I saw dusty old seven spoons and seven bowls and I cleaned them all up. When I was finished I went upstairs and I saw seven beds. I slept in of them.
On Tuesday morning I saw seven dwarfs in front of me. I said “Who are you?”
“We are the owners of this cottage” they replied.
“I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make the floor so beautiful!”
“That’s fine – you can clean it everyday”.
I giggled.
On Tuesday night I made spaghetti bolognese to eat.
On Wednesday when the dwarfs went to work I made their supper but just then an old lady with some apples knocked on the door. She told me that I needed to eat it all but when I needed to say my last word I fell into a big sleep.

I will tell you about my week.
I lived with my dad the king and my stepmother the wicked queen. The wicked queen hated me. So I left the palace and went in the forest and I saw a little cottage in the middle of the forest so I knocked on the door three 3 loud knocks
Knock…Knock…Knock,
Nobody opens the door so I went in and saw a table with seven chairs and seven beds. It was the house of seven dwarfs.
When the wicked queen had noticed that the huntsman had tricked her she went to the seven dwarfs’ house and knocked on the door three 3 loud knocks
Knock…Knock…Knock,
And then she took one red juicy and poisounous apple and shared it with me.
Then I bit the poisounous apple and i fell dead in the middle of the seven dwarfs’ house but when the seven dwarfs got home the seven all sobbed and then a prince rode with his horse and asked who it was. “It’s Snow White” said the seven dwrafs all together and then the prince kissed me and then I sat and smiled ad my prince blushed.

On Monday the queen whispered to the mirror and it always told the truth. On Tuesday the queen said to her soldiers to kill the Princess! On Wednesday I saw seven dwarfs after that the seven dwarfs did a mess! On Thursday I went to a beautiful castle! On Friday I saw a dinosaur that roared at me! On Saturday I saw a Microraptor and a Amargasaurus. On Sunday I saw a Spinosaurus, Compsognathus and Stygimoloch and I played with them forever. (The dinosaur’s names I found one in my book and the rest in Dino Dana serie.)

On Monday, me and the huntsman went in the forest. The huntsman told about the queen and the huntsman said “Runaway! The queen will think that I have killed you.” So I ran into the forest and I was scared.
On Tuesday I saw a house. I went inside and I saw a really big mess. The chairs were on the floor and the table was in the mess and on the table there were some socks. So I decided to clean. Then I was asleep.
On Wednesday, I saw 7 little dwarfs I said: “What is your name?” and the 7 little dwarfs answered: “Our names are Doc, Sneeze, Sleepy, Happy, Dopey, Bashful and Grumpy.”
On Thursday, the queen came with a red poisonous apple. She said: “All your wishes will come true if you eat this apple.” So I done a wish and my wish was: “I wish a prince will come and carry me to his castle”. And so I ate the poisonous apple and then I fell asleep.
On Friday, the queen ran as fast as she could but then the 7 dwarfs knew that the queen has poisoned me. So the 7 dwarfs ran and ran to catch the queen but the queen was already gone.
On Saturday, the 7 dwarfs layed (laid) me in a shiny silver bed.
On Sunday, a prince kissed me and then I was awake. Everyone cheered. The 7 Dwarfs threw their hats for joy.

And then on tuesday, she asked again ” who is the fairest?” and the mirror replied “Snow White” and she was so angry. So on wednesday she asked the huntsman to kill me. But he didn’t to kill me so he told me to go away in the forest so the Queen will think I am dead. So I ran in the forest and I found a house. On Thursday I met seven dwarfs who said I could stay with them. On Friday an old lady gave me an apple and I fell down. On saturday, as I was sleeping a prince came and kiss me and I woke up. On Sunday we got married.

On Tuesday the cruel queen whispered and the mirror said I was the most beautiful of all. She told the huntsman to kill me! He told me to run away when we were in the forest. I was scared in the deep dark woods because it was really dark and spiky plants hurt me- OUCH!
On Wednesday I ran until I found a hidden cottage, no one was home so I went inside. Everything was so small! There were seven items of everything. I cleaned the house because it was so dirty and messy. It made me tired so I slept. The dwarfs came home and wondered who done all this! Then they found me!
On Thursday the dwarfs said I could stay with them if I done all the house work.
On Friday the mirror told the evil queen that I was still alive. An old beggar woman gave me a red apple. I feel asleep when I ate it because she was the queen in disguise.
On Saturday the handsome prince kissed me from the casket the dwarfs made for me.
On Sunday I married the prince.
