Good morning Year 5!

One of the many things I miss is your delightful singing in school. It always makes me smile and sometimes brings me to tears!

Please have a look at the Singing News Post.

Please try to sing your favourite songs at home and let us know in the comments which one you’ve been singing and why it is your favourite.

I have been singing The Happy Birds Te Deum Sing’ a lot because it really does bring back wonderful memories for me.

Music is an art to reflect human’s emotion so you could even represent your favourite song through art or poetry!

If you do this, please send it in via the Homework Uploader.

I hope you enjoy singing and I can’t wait to see your responses to this blog!

Hi Claudia. I hope you don’t mind – I edited your post and included all the full stops and capital letters that were missing. Please could you proofread your writing before submitting and check that the capitals and full stops are all there? It makes it easier for us to read 🙂

  9. Hello everyone,
I really enjoy singing ‘The Happy Birds Te Deum Sing’ because it reminds me of St.Vincent’s and all the times when we sang in the church as a big family. I also like the song ‘He is Alive’. At home when I am working, I sometimes have calming music coming out the speakers because it helps me to focus and concentrate.
    Hope to see you soon,
    Regan
