Every day we will do Phonics as usual. We will be learning a different sound a day like we do in the classroom. Make sure you have a pencil and paper or a whiteboard and pen.

Let’s do speed sounds!
- Review and revise your sounds – Say the sounds out loud as you read them, just as we do in class!
2. We are learning the u-e sound. Can you think of the other spellings for the u-e sound?
3. Find all of the u-e sounds and read the words. Remember to use your robot arms.
4. Look at the pictures, write some sentences using the u-e sound. Remember your capital letters and full stops.
5. Reading activity – Read the sentences just as we do in class.

Once upon a time Lilly went to her granny’s house. Her granny taught her how to play the flute. Then they got on the tube. The tube was the shape of a cube so they were squashed so they got off.
