Today in Art Club we used a range of techniques to create our own nativity scenes. First we use watercolours and mixing to paint a beautiful sky background. We then learnt about silhouettes and used black paper to cut out silhouettes of the stable, Mary, Joseph and Jesus. We finished the scene with a collage of shiny stars. We had lots of fun whilst thinking about the true meaning of Christmas and being creative with a range of materials.
