This morning we had the final live Monday assembly of this lockdown.

We started by reflecting on yesterday’s Gospel and thinking about  how we can be brave like Peter and that Jesus will give us the strength we need to face any changes that might come.

During this special time of Lent we will pray more to become even closer to Jesus, we will stop doing some things which take up our time, our money or our focus and we will go out to others with acts of love such as supporting the Catholic Children’s Society.

We then thought of some wellbeing strategies and the importance of being positive.

This Wellbeing Wednesday our screen free activities will be book related. We hope you enjoy them!

One wonderful celebration happening this week is World Book Day and, even though we are not all in school, our school family will celebrate this together.

Even more special is the March 8th return to school for all children. We cannot wait to welcome you back and to see you in person!

We understand that some of you may be feeling worried about coming back to school. If you have any worries please write them in the online Worry Box and we will contact you privately. Or, if you would like to stay anonymous, write your worry in the online Worry Box blog and we will post a reply that you can read. You are not alone!

We are looking forward to seeing you on Monday 8th March.

Please tell us what you are looking forward to about coming back to school on Monday 8th March!
